In this video we break down the costs of making Thailand’s most popular dish, Pad Grapow. This is how much it costs local vendors and restaurants to make a single dish. Not including labour costs, petrol, gas, electric, water, packaging etc… there’s a lot of hidden costs that don’t get factored into the price and often vendors go out of business because they don’t realise that they’re actually making a loss.
Just food for thought, we’d like to hear your opinions on this. We still believe that pound for pound Thailand has some of the best food in the world at very affordable prices especially for someone coming here with western currency.
